The Police Command in Oyo State today quizzed the Secretary to
the State Government, Chief Lawyiola Olakojo and the Special
Adviser Public Communications, Prince Dotun Oyelade, on the
petition written by Senator Isiaka Ajimobi accusing them of
plotting to assassinate him. |

It will be recalled that Senator Ajimobi said that the plot was
revealed to him by an insider in Government whom he refused
to name even to the police. The State Government had in an
earlier petition to the Inspector General of Police and the
Commissioner of Police, Oyo State, insisted that the former
ANPP Gubernatorial candidate must be made to reveal the
names of those Judges at the Oyo State Election Petitions
Tribunal whom he accused of taking bribe and compromised and
also reveal the name of the insider who leaked the alleged
assassination plot. |
