Requirements

  • Completed Application form duly signed and stamped by the applicant
  • Photocopy of Deed of Sublease
  • Allocation letter
  • 1 size passport photograph of the Sub-lessee
  • Certify True Copy of the title
  • Tax Clearance of the Sub-lessee
  • Survey plan

Evidence of payment

NOTE:

               All payments must be made directly into Government designated Bank Accounts with different Codes as  appeared on the Harmonized Demand Notice.
